The Opening Tip
If your calendar isn’t already full, don’t worry, San Diego women’s sports are about to fix that for you. It’s a week packed with wall-to-wall basketball, the Mojo’s long-awaited pro volleyball home opener (woot!), two local college tennis teams battling it out on the courts, and a college cheer showcase bringing the energy levels to “how are they still smiling?” status. This week reminds us that women’s sports in San Diego are always bringing the action, and giving us plenty of reasons to tune in.

It’s that time! Mojo Pro Volleyball is back. Be sure to cheer on the team at its HOME opener on Sunday, Jan 11 at 4 p.m. PST at San Diego State’s Viejas Arena. Grab your tickets here.
