🏐 San Diego Mojo Professional Women’s Volleyball (9-15) won a five-set thriller over Vegas Thrill (9-15) on Saturday, 25-23, 25-18, 21-25, 19-25, 15-10. After winning the first two and losing the next two sets, the Mojo started and ended the fifth with conviction! Relatively new to the Mojo, Opposite Yasmeen Bedart-Ghani led the team with 23 points. LOUISVILLE, KY- The Wave (2-2-1) dominated in their 4-1 win over Racing Lousville (1-2-2). Homegrown teen sensation Melanie Barcenas scored her first goal of the season. Kenza Dali added one while Delphine Cascarino scored two and earned an assist. Cascarino was named NWSL Player of the Week.

💦 Waterpolo: Tritons Make a Splash in Rivalry Win Over Aztecs

LA JOLLA, Calif. - The high-octane crosstown-rivalry game was tied or within one until 22 seconds remained in the game, when the UC San Diego Tritons finally went up by two to win the Harper Cup over the SDSU Aztecs, 18-16. BOISE, Idaho - The San Diego State Aztecs (29-15) took two of three against Boise State (29-17), including a 10-2 run-rule* win on Sunday. Aztec Quinn Waiki was named Mountain West Freshman of the Week for her series play that included two homers in Friday night’s win. Congrats to Quinn and the team!

*The umpire can call the game after five or more innings if one team is leading by eight or more runs. Sunday’s game was called after six innings.
