SAN DIEGO – At Snapdragon Stadium on Saturday night, the city of San Diego got its own rivalry showcase as San Diego State and UC San Diego went head-to-head. The two programs, separated by fewer than 20 miles, turned their proximity into tension on the pitch, and the result was a defensive deadlock.
