UC San Diego basketball wins two
The Tritons defeated Cal State Bakersfield and Cal Poly away and are ready for their final games, both home, before the Big West Tournament.
Takeaway: UC San Diego and UC Irvine have the same 15-3 conference-leading record going into the home stretch.

The Tritons had two big wins this week over No. 25 Cal State Fullerton and No. 23 CSUN, 15-17 and 20-8 respectively.
San Diego State

Two wins extend the conference champs to 18-1 in the Mountain West

Kaelyn Hamilton scored a career-high 18 points against Wyoming. San Diego State Athletics
SDSU celebrated senior day with a 70-51 drubbing over Wyoming. Read about the game here.
Earlier in the week, they came back from an 11-point deficit to defeat Boise State on the road.
SDSU won every home conference game for the first time since 2011-12.
Takeaway: The Aztecs play their final conference game at Air Force (probably for the final time, ever) and then move on to the Mountain West conference tournament in Las Vegas, March 8-10.
SDSU Tennis
The No. 22 Aztecs defeated the No. 19 USD Toreros 4-3 on Saturday. It’s not often that two top-25 teams reside in the same city!
SDSU Softball
The Aztecs went 2-3 in the Reggie Smith Invitational hosted at USD and faced top-ranked teams in the country. Read more here.
SDSU Waterpolo
SDSU defeated Santa Clara and No. 25 Pacific at home, 20-4 and 17-10 respectively. Keep an eye out for the Aztec Invitational March 13-15.

The Toreros won on senior day on a fourth-quarter surge, 64-59, their final game before the West Coast Conference Tournament, hosted in Las Vegas.
USD softball takes three wins at Reggie Smith Invitational
The softball team went 3-1 in the Reggie Smith Invitational, with big wins over Cal Poly, Kansas City, and CSUN.

The No. 19 Toreros lost a thriller to No. 22 SDSU 4-3 on Saturday.

Point Loma wins two leading into conference tournament

The Sea Lions grabbed two wins from Hawai’i Pacific and Westmont. 🏀
Takeaway: After finishing second in the PacWest standings, PLNU now turns its attention to the PacWest Tournament, which they’ll host at Golden Gym.
