Wave FC

Wave win three straight, bring offensive firepower to Snapdragon
After defeating Utah 2-1 last Sunday, the Wave defeated the Thorns 3-1 and the Stars 2-0, both at home.
Rookie Lia Godfrey is already tied for the NWSL lead with three goals this season.
Local teen Melanie Barcenas has two goals, the most off the bench in the NWSL.
Brazil’s Dudinha has two goals and a league-best three assists. She’s doing it all for the Wave attack.

Mojo Pro Volleyball

Mojo defeat the Supernovas, win fifth of six at home 🏐

Maya Tabron came off the bench to earn a a team-high 18 points on 17 kills with 10 digs for her fifth double-double of the season. Ryan Young/San Diego Mojo
Take me home: The Mojo (8-10) defeated the Orlando Valkyries 3–1 on Wednesday. Setter Marlie Monserez had 45 assists and 11 digs to earn her franchise record 14th double-double in one season. Read more here.

Aztecs season ended in narrow loss to Kansas in WBIT quarterfinals

SDSU’s program-record 27 wins and gritty WBIT conference play already sets them up for a banner 2026-27 season. Read about their quarterfinal game here.
SDSU Waterpolo
No. 17 SDSU Water Polo defeated Brown at the Aztec Aquaplex, 12-5, moving to 16-9 on the season. Hannah Bell, Sydney Gish and Ioanna Petiki all scored twice.
SDSU Tennis
The No. 42 Aztecs followed a loss to SMU with two conference wins over New Mexico and Air Force. Jayna Clemens is 7-1 on the season in the No. 3 and No. 4 spots.
SDSU Softball
SDSU Softball closed its New Mexico series with an emphatic 10-3 win on Sunday after dropping the first two games. Sophomore Ava Schaffel earned the Mountain West Pitcher of the Week after striking out five hitters in 9.2 innings and allowing just two runs on four hits.
University of San Diego

USD tennis team defeats No. 54 Rice, wins fourth straight

The No. 46 Toreros won two at home this week. On Friday, they defeated Santa Clara, 4-0, and on Saturday, came through with a 4-3 win over Rice. Charlotte Keitel came through big with a tiebreaker win to help secure the doubles point with partner Kristina Nordikyan, and then won a third-set tiebreaker in the No. 1 singles position.
USD Softball
The Toreros won 8-2 on Sunday against Oregon State after dropping two to the Beavers over the weekend.
UC San Diego

UC San Diego Waterpolo defeated Brown
No. 15 Tritons defeated No. 23 Brown 21-16 on Saturday, Senior Day. Sofia Munatones scored four goals while twin sister Sydney Munatones and Allie Bartholomew each scored three.
Point Loma Nazarene

Point Loma tennis wins one, loses one this week
The Sea Lions moved to 11-3 on the season with a 6-1 win over Missouri - St. Louis on Tuesday and a narrow 4-3 loss to Azusa Pacific on Saturday.
Super Bloom Ultimate

Ultimate are now 2-0 after their 18-10 win over the Los Angeles Astra on Saturday!
San Diego Rebellion

Rebellion began their season with a dominant 36-0 win over the Golden State Storm.
