Pro Ultimate Frisbee

  • Super Bloom defeated the Arizona Sidewinders 23-10 to remain undefeated and in first place in the Western Ultimate League. Check out this crazy block by Abby Shilts.

San Diego Rebellion

  • The Rebellion defeated the Las Vegas Silver Stars in Nevada on Saturday. The team dominated, taking a 24-6 win. The win marks the third straight for the undefeated team.

San Diego State

Aztec Jenna Fee Feyerabend earns top spot nationally in heptathlon

  • Jenna Fee Feyerabend scored 5,828 points on Saturday to move into the nation’s No. 1 spot in the heptathlon for the NCAA! Read about the meet here.

  • SDSU hosted their 47th annual Aztec Invitational and honored 11 seniors. The graduating class packed the trophy case with 22 Mountain West All-Conference awards, seven all-American spots and 19 top-10 spots in the program’s record books.

SDSU Water Polo

  • No. 3 seed Aztecs Water polo took down No. 6 seed Azusa Pacific, 19-10, for the quarterfinals game in the Golden Coast Championship.

  • The Aztecs fell to No. 2 Fresno State, 15-16 in the semis, then edged out Pacific for the third place game, 12-11.

  • Five Aztecs earned All-Golden Coast Conference honors this past week, including Mimi Stoupas, named the GCC Player of the Year.

SDSU Tennis

  • The team extended their win streak to six matches with victories over conference foes Wyoming (4-1) and Colorado State (4-0).

  • The team is now just behind Boise State in the Mountain West Conference standings for first place.

SDSU Softball

  • The Aztecs (21-20) fell to Nevada, then took a win and loss from San Jose State on Saturday.

  • The Tritons extended their win streak to five with a 3-0 sweep of Cal Poly.

  • Freshman Callie Howard earned her first complete game shutout.

  • Samantha Womack made a diving catch in left to start a rare 7-3 double play and help secure the 10-8 win for the Tritons. Watch it here.

UC San Diego Track and Field

  • At the Aztec Invitational, Feyi Olukanni secured first placed in the discus and shot put while Eden Enoru won the 400 meters in 54.82, ranked third all time in program history.

  • Sea Lions tennis, No. 2 in the PacWest, defeated Westmont 6-1 to extend their win streak to four.

CSU San Marcos

  • The nation’s No. 1 DII softball team Cougars split the four-game series against No. 8 Cal State East Bay.
